Who we are:

Luca Babini

He is the co-founder and creative director of kodezero, a digital marketing agency based in New York.

Kodezero deals primarily with branded content and the marketing of sustainability and corporate philanthropy. Thanks to its extensive network of young artists, it has a fresh view on how to manage marketing content over the net and social media. Luca Babini also has a successful career as a fashion photographer, TV commercial director and filmmaker.
For the past 10 years he has collaborated with UNICEF in Italy, Africa and Lebanon, helping to market their programs. He has run a Digital Communications Workshop for teen-agers in Sierra Leone and was one of the first to document the Syrian refugee crises into Lebanon. He is an environmentalist and was a member of the crew of the Plastiki expedition. He is the founder of the cult magazine Citizen Brooklyn.

Doug Scott

Doug Scott is one of the country’s leaders in entertainment and brand marketing.

Most recently, he served as EVP Marketing & Brand Solutions for WME|IMG, where he was responsible for developing and producing innovative marketing platforms for Anheuser Busch InBev (Sports & Experiential), Visa (Global Sports & Entertainment), Rolex (Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences), Etihad Airways (Global Fashion platform); and Zoolander Returns to the Runway, a live campaign during Valentino’s Fashion Show in Paris.
Prior to WME|IMG, Doug was Founder and President of WPP’s OgilvyEntertainment where he created groundbreaking branded content programs and landmark collaborations for world-class companies including IBM, American Express, DuPont, SAB Miller, Unilever and others.
For two consecutive years Scott was recognized by AdWeek as one of the top 50 most influential executives in the media and entertainment industry. He has earned over 50 awards for creativity and effectiveness from competitions like Cannes Lions, London International Awards, Effie Worldwide, CLIO Awards, The Webby’s and The One Show. He was appointed Jury President of the Branded Content & Entertainment category for the 2014 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity and also served as a jury member two years prior.
Doug is best known for his work as a content pioneer, and cultural provocateur – enabling brands to tell stories that connect through culture with their customers. He served as Executive Producer of Andy Warhol: Fifteen Minutes Eternal, a documentary about the celebrated pop artist's life, and the Emmy nominated Escape Fire: The Fight to Rescue American Healthcare, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and aired on CNN in 2013.

Gianpaolo De Felice

Gianpaolo de Felice is a New York based entrepreneur, owner/founder of Zen Air, an executive private airline.

He is an expert in applied technologies and user experience with simulators. He is a partner at kodezero where he has founded our VR/AR Lab and is also responsible for new business development and strategic technology partnerships.

Lora Wiley Lennartz

Lora Wiley-Lennartz is an Emmy nominated television producer, marketing manager, media coach and blogger/writer who has worked extensively both nationally and internationally.

Most recently she was the creator and Executive Producer of Arise & Shine, a live weekend morning lifestyle and news show on Arise TV. 
Lora served as Managing Director of kodezero and oversaw the company’s in-house online arts/lifestyle digital magazine, In addition to mainstream digital branding, advertising campaigns and marketing services, Lora produced numerous photo and video shoots for various clients as well as helped execute Corporate Sustainability Reporting (CSR) services.
As an Emmy nominated executive producer for television, she has worked with NBC, Fox, Disney Turner, Lifetime, HSN, and Paramount as well as PRO 7, SAT 1, Endemol and other top corporations and production companies in Germany where she spent 10 years as a consultant.
Lora was the Executive Producer for the daytime talk show Leeza (two Emmy nominations for writing and producing) and Supervising Producer for the visually groundbreaking late night talk show Lauren Hutton And.., In addition, she has worked as an Investigative Producer for Geraldo, was one of the original Producers for The Jerry Springer Show and as a Segment Producer for the nationally acclaimed women's lifestyle program, Attitudes on Lifetime Television.
Lora is a member of the American Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (AATAS) and The Writers Guild of America (WGA).

Annamaria Laurini

From 2010-2015 Annamaria was the UNICEF Representative in Lebanon where she lead planning, implementation and monitoring of country activities and emergency interventions for Lebanese , Palestinian and Syrian refugee women and children.

During this period she scaled up UNICEF resources from $2.5 million to $253 million in operating capital and human resources from 17 to about 200 staff. She was also responsible for expanding the number of NGO partners from 14 to 47 increasing the partnership value from $ 5,91 million to $87 million.
Annnamaria has worked across the UN and its organizations for over 20 years and has held numerous positions including being responsible for start up operations of UN peace keeping activities in assigned regions; working closely with local authorities , traditional leaders, opposition movements , armed groups and civil society organizations particularly in the area of civil affairs , human rights , protection of the most vulnerable people of the conflict .
Prior to the UN, Annmarie worked for the World Health Organization (WHO) within the Panafrican Center for Emergency Administrative Officer and served as the Technical Emergency Officer in Afghanistan.
She graduated from Political Science University of Naples and received a Masters degree in European studies from the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium.

Jeff Quinn

Jeff is a Brooklyn-based creative director who’s work has appeared in global publications and media campaigns for over a decade.

Collaboration has become a key element in creating engaging solutions to visual problems that defy the norm.
He has created dozens of brand identities and has worked with industry leaders in media and licensing to establish solid visual foundations for clients of all sizes. Working with top talents in photography and illustration, Jeff’s collaborative work has been seen extensively in the USA, Europe and Asia.
First established in traditional print media, Jeff has also led several digital design teams in the development of award-winning lifestyle and social media platforms. Strong visual communication skills has enabled him to bridge the gap between complex information and digestible dialogue.

David Zellerford

David Zellerford has produced content on every continent except Antarctica and his work has been seen by millions of people around the World.

He is the Producer of award-winning narrative and documentary films, both short and feature-length and has been recognized for his work with awards including Cannes Lions, CINE’s, Clio’s, Telly’s and Pencils.
David has made a reputation of running simultaneous global crews in the branded entertainment and digital content spaces and, as the former Executive Producer of Content at one of the world’s most prestigious and awarded agency networks, has overseen production of every imaginable budget and deadline.
He has conducted workshops on Filmmaking, Digital Media and Entertainment at a number of film festivals as well as UCLA and his alma mater NYU, and joyfully mentors the next generation of producers, directors and creatives in the evolving industry. He is an active member of both the Directors Guild of America and the Producers Guild of America.

Miko Sala

Miko has a Master Degree in Industrial Design/Visual Communicaton from the Politecnico di Milano, and a M.A. in Design History from Parsons, the New School for Design in New York City.

He has worked as a freelance graphic and web designer in Milan and Berlin, and in 2010 he joined kodezero as Head of Design. He has taught Theory and History of Visual Communicaton and History of Industrial Design at the Politecnico di Milano, and worked as a consultant at the MoMA (Museum of Modern Art) and the MAD (Museum of Arts and Design) in New York City. Occasionally, he teaches design history at the Domus Academy in Milan.
